Since our bags are standard-sized and ready to ship, there is no guesswork involved. We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If your new bag isn’t quite the perfect match for your style, we are here to make the return process seamless.


✅ Returns for Eligible Items (Within 14 Days)

We accept returns on regular-priced items if you change your mind, provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition: The bag must be free of scuffs, makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.
  • Packaging intact: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned with its original dust bag and packaging.

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind (e.g., style or color preference). This fee helps us cover the costs of inspection and repackaging.


🚫 No Returns Accepted For

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Used or damaged items (including bags with removed tags or missing dust bags)
  • Gift Cards

🎁 Full Refund for Damaged or Defective Items

If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund—including original shipping—or send a replacement at no cost to you.


🔄 Exchanges

Due to high demand and limited stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or style, please place a new order on our website. For eligible returns, you may return the original item separately (subject to the conditions above) to receive a refund.


📦 Return Shipping & Refund Timeline

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BagHalo is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds (excluding shipping fees and restocking fees) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
