In this article, you can find important information regarding order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines for your BagHalo purchase.


Processing Your Order

At BagHalo, all our bags are ready-to-ship from our warehouse. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Standard Processing

Your order is typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.

Order Cutoff Times

To ensure your bag arrives on time, please note our cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Information

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance (for international orders), weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders to the regions listed below; additional fees may apply for remote areas.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

We work hard to ensure every package is delivered on time and in good condition. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility. While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will assist with tracking inquiries and claims where possible.


We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." However, if a package is lost in transit (i.e., tracking shows no delivery confirmation), please contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Before reaching out to us, we recommend double-checking your tracking number to confirm the status of your order. Depending on the status, please try the following:

Marked as Delivered:
• Check with your neighbors, the rest of your household, or your building manager to see if the package was accepted by mistake.
• If marked as delivered in the last 24 hours, give it one more day, as carriers will sometimes mark a package as delivered prematurely. Please contact us if it doesn't show up by the 48-hour mark.

Still in Transit:
• The carrier may have gotten delayed. As long as the tracking status was updated recently (in the past 2-3 days), please wait a little longer for delivery.
• If you are still concerned, you can reach out to the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.


When to Order

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-3 days) + Shipping Time

While our processing time is fast, shipping can take longer, especially for international destinations.
• For domestic orders (US/CA), we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before you need the bag (e.g., for a trip or special event).
• For international orders, we strongly recommend allowing 3-4 weeks to account for customs clearance and potential carrier delays.


Important Notes

• No Custom Production: All our bags are ready-made and shipped directly from stock.
• Weekends & Holidays: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
• Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed and dispatched. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
